When our eyes are struggling with fatigue from excessive computer use we tend to just think of how bad computers are.  Follow the link to this infographic for some advice in avoiding computer related eyestrain and then you can also see all the great stuff that computers allow us to do to in fact help eyes.

Stuff like taking retinal images, measuring the pressure in the eye, apps for magnifying small print for the visually disabled.

Nicole has been a mainstay of The Eye Practice since it first opened in 2002 and has worked closely with Jim for nearly twenty years. She takes a personal interest in all patients and employs her considerable skills in helping them choose the perfect spectacle frame or pair of sunglasses.
